1. Meet the renting location’s minimum age requirements - Renter must be above 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.

2. Present a valid driving license: The renters must have a driver’ license in their own name and remain valid throughout the rental period. International renters must present a valid drivers' license from their country of origin issued at least one year before the rental. .

3. Be able to provide an acceptable form of payment:
A Credit Card at driver’s name is always required.
All major credit cards are accepted.
For pick up & drop off the car, the renters must select their location while doing their booking.
For airport pick up, we offer meet & greet service – our driver will be present at the airport with a sign board of client’s name.
For delivery at the hotels – we will make the necessary at the hotels’ receptions.

Mileage is unlimited.
A full refund of the prepaid reservation will be made if the cancellation is made within 10 days of the original booking time.
In case the hirer makes any cancellation less than 10 days of the original booking time, the hirer will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee.
Collisions Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rental where an excess of 750 EUR is applicable.
